A) Licensing & Activation Data

  • License key, plan type, seat/device limit
  • Purchase source (Whop/Gumroad/Direct)
  • Activation timestamps and renewal timestamps

B) Device Integrity & Security Data

  • Hashed Device ID (cryptographic hash of stable device attributes)
  • Operating system version, device type
  • App version, locale, environment metadata

C) Offline Processing Disclaimer

All image processing happens locally. We do NOT upload your images or outputs to our servers.

D) Diagnostics (If Enabled)

  • Crash logs
  • Error codes
  • Performance metrics

E) Website & Portal Data

  • IP address, browser type, device type
  • Pages accessed, referral URLs
  • Cookie identifiers (analytics/ads if enabled)

3. How We Use This Data

  • License validation and renewal
  • Fraud detection and misuse prevention
  • App security and seat/device enforcement
  • Diagnostics, crash investigations, feature improvement
  • Providing support and responding to requests

4. Data Retention

  • Licensing data: for the duration of your license + 24 months
  • Hashed Device ID: for fraud prevention and device binding
  • Crash logs: typically up to 180 days
  • Tax/billing records: as required by marketplace platforms

5. Data Sharing

  • Service providers (hosting, customer support systems)
  • Whop/Gumroad (if purchased via these platforms)
  • Legal disclosures when required

6. Security

We use encryption, hashing, license integrity checks, and secure data storage. No system is 100% secure.
