BIBROF AI Affiliate Program – Policy, Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the BIBROF AI affiliate program (the “Program”) operated by Lislip Private Limited. (“Lislip”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for the promotion of BIBROF AI – Offline Bulk Image Background Remover (“Product”).

By joining or promoting BIBROF AI as an affiliate via Whop, Gumroad, or any other approved channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Company / We / Us: Lislip Private Limited, owner of BIBROF AI.
  • Product: BIBROF AI – offline bulk image background remover.
  • Program: The BIBROF AI affiliate program described in these Terms.
  • Affiliate/You: Any individual or entity accepted into the Program.
  • Platform(s): Whop, Gumroad, and any other third-party platform we approve in writing for affiliate tracking and payouts.
  • Affiliate Link: Your unique tracking URL provided by Whop or Gumroad.

2. Program Overview

  • The Program allows you to earn commissions for valid purchases of BIBROF AI made through your Affiliate Links on Whop or Gumroad.
  • All tracking, reporting, and payouts are handled through the respective Platform.
  • Our mission is simple: when you recommend BIBROF AI, you share in the upside. Your word-of-mouth should benefit you too.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

  1. You must:
    • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
    • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
    • Provide accurate and complete registration details on Whop, Gumroad, or any other approved Platform.
  2. We reserve the right to:
    • Accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
    • Suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these Terms or any applicable law.

4. Approved Platforms and Channels

  1. Affiliates may promote BIBROF AI only through:
    • Official affiliate tools and links provided by Whop and Gumroad; and
    • Legitimate online channels such as your website, blog, email list (opt-in only), social media, YouTube, or communities, in compliance with local laws and Platform policies.
  2. You must not:
    • Use any unapproved third-party tracking or incentive scheme that conflicts with Whop’s or Gumroad’s policies.
    • Obfuscate or manipulate Affiliate Links to bypass tracking or fee structures.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1 Launch & Discovery Platforms, Directories, and Listings

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Submitting or listing BIBROF AI on any launch sites, product discovery platforms, software directories, app marketplaces, or similar listing sites where Lislip can reasonably create and control the official listing. Examples include (but are not limited to): Product Hunt, G2, Capterra, AppSumo, software review sites, and SaaS directories.
  • Creating any listing, page, or profile that appears to be an “official product page” for BIBROF AI on such platforms.

Only Lislip (the Company) may create and own official product listings in these places.

5.2 Intellectual Property and Ownership

You must not:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any part of the BIBROF AI executable, code, models, or assets.
  • Claim that you own BIBROF AI, developed it, or are the official publisher, vendor, or manufacturer.
  • Use our brand names, logos, screenshots, or visual assets in a way that suggests you are Lislip or BIBROF AI, rather than an independent affiliate.

You may use our approved branding and media assets solely for promotion, in line with our brand guidelines (if provided) and these Terms.

5.3 Misleading, Unethical, or Illegal Promotion

You must not:

  1. Make any false, misleading, or unverified claims about:
    • Features, pricing, discounts, guarantees, or performance of BIBROF AI.
    • Our policies on refunds, privacy, or data security.
  2. Spam or send unsolicited messages:
    • No spam emails, messages, or comments.
    • No bulk automated DMs or mass “cold” outreach that violates platform rules or anti-spam laws.
  3. Use illegal or unethical tactics:
    • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake leads, or fraudulent transactions.
    • No promotion on websites that host illegal, hateful, or adult content.
  4. Run paid ads that:
    • Bid on our branded keywords (“BIBROF AI”, “Lislip”, or confusingly similar variants) without our explicit written permission.
    • Misrepresent you as the official BIBROF AI brand.

5.4 Self-Referral and Abuse

You must not:

  • Use your own Affiliate Link to purchase BIBROF AI for yourself or your company with the primary intent of receiving a commission.
  • Create multiple accounts or identities to artificially inflate commissions.
  • Attempt to bypass Platform fees or our pricing by using affiliate structures in a way that undermines the Program.

We may void commissions and terminate your participation for any such behavior.

6. Commissions and Payments

  1. Commission rates, qualifying transactions, and payout schedules are defined on Whop and Gumroad and may differ across platforms and campaigns.
  2. A commission is considered earned only when:
    • A valid purchase is tracked through your Affiliate Link;
    • The payment is successfully processed and not refunded or charged back during the applicable refund/chargeback period; and
    • The sale complies with these Terms and the Platform’s rules.
  3. Payments are:
    • Processed by the respective Platform (Whop, Gumroad, etc.).
    • Subject to that Platform’s minimum payout thresholds, timelines, and KYC/compliance requirements.
  4. We reserve the right to:
    • Adjust commission rates prospectively;
    • Disallow or reverse commissions from fraudulent, suspicious, or non-compliant sales.

7. Taxes and Compliance

  1. You are solely responsible for:
    • Any taxes, duties, or regulatory obligations arising from your commissions (including income tax, GST/VAT if applicable, and any local levies);
    • Maintaining appropriate records and filings in your jurisdiction.
  2. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult your own advisor if you are unsure about your obligations.

8. Disclosure Requirements

  • You must follow all applicable disclosure and advertising rules (for example, “#ad”, “#affiliate”, “sponsored”, etc.), including guidelines from regulators and platforms.
  • Your audience must clearly understand that you may receive a commission if they purchase BIBROF AI via your link.

9. License and Use of Marketing Assets

  1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our:
    • Product name “BIBROF AI”;
    • Company name “Lislip Private Limited”;
    • Approved logos, screenshots, and marketing assets provided by us.
  2. This license is:
    • Strictly for promoting BIBROF AI under the Program;
    • Subject to compliance with these Terms;
    • Automatically revoked when your participation is terminated.

10. Term, Suspension, and Termination

  1. These Terms apply from the date you join the Program and continue until terminated by you or us.
  2. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your participation immediately if:
    • You violate these Terms or any Platform policies;
    • You engage in fraud, abuse, or any activity that may harm BIBROF AI, Lislip, our users, or our brand.
  3. Upon termination:
    • You must stop using all Affiliate Links and remove them from your content;
    • You must stop using our brand assets in your marketing;
    • Valid commissions earned before termination may be paid out at our discretion and according to Platform rules. Any commissions associated with violations may be withheld.

11. Modifications to the Program and Terms

  • We may update these Terms, commission rates, or Program structure at any time.
  • Changes will be effective when updated on this page or notified through the Platforms.
  • Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

  1. We do not guarantee:
    • Any specific level of income, traffic, or performance;
    • Continuous availability of the Program or the Product.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
    • Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your participation in the Program.

13. Independent Contractor Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Lislip. You act as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your business operations.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
