1. License
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BIBROF AI for your internal purposes, subject to plan limits.
2. Activation & Device Binding
- Requires a valid license key.
- Uses hashed device IDs for seat/device binding.
- Online validation may be required periodically.
3. Local Processing
Images never leave your device unless you voluntarily share them with support.
4. Restrictions
- No resale, license sharing, or key tampering.
- No reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
- No unlawful or abusive use.
5. Updates
We may release updates, patches, or new features. Continued use implies acceptance.
6. Support
Support is provided as per your plan or marketplace terms.

8. Third-Party Marketplaces
If you purchased via Whop or Gumroad, their billing and refund rules apply.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license for fraud, misuse, or violation of terms.
12. Governing Law
Indian laws apply. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
